Kristian Borring

Kristian Borring, Danish jazz guitarist and composer, has been praised for his sense of tasteful melody and colorful harmony delivered in a cool playground of rhythm.

He has numerous albums to his name. The latest, Live at The Vortex (2017), was recorded with his London quartet.

Kristian’s music is engaging and provides the listener with exciting twists and turns. Expect hard swing to no nonsense grooves and contemplative melodies to intricate musical interplay. Kristian has claimed his reputation as an outstanding guitarist and improviser from the London scene, and has performed in clubs and at festivals around the UK and Europe, and more recently also Australia.

He has worked with a great variety of names including: Archie Shepp, Will Vinson and Jim Hart.
